Do You Ship Internationally

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Wherever you train, we will deliver your order directly to your door.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow one to three business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Australia
Five to ten business days

International
Two to four weeks

Please note that delays may occur during high volume periods, holidays, or due to customs clearance procedures.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices listed on our site are tax free in Australian Dollars.
Import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by FitMatrix.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in your region.
